An appeal in which Botswana Public Employees Union’s (BOPEU) first deputy president, Olefile Monakwe, is seeking to overturn a High Court decision that recognises suspended Union president Masego Mogwera, as the chairperson of Babereki Investments, will be heard on July 17.

Court of Appeal (CoA) justice Isaac Lesetedi postponed the matter Friday after it emerged that the parties were not prepared to argue the appeal.
