Molefhi Oblivious Of Morupisi's Procurement Meddling Allegations

The Minister of Presidential Affairs, Governance and Public Administration Nonofo Molefhi has said he is unaware that the Private Secretary to the President (PSP) and Secretary to Cabinet Carter Morupisi is interfering in the process of awarding government tenders.

Molefhi told Parliament on Friday that he has not received any reports suggesting that the PSP was interfering with the government system of awarding tenders through the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB).

His remarks followed a question by Member of Parliament for Gaborone North Haskins Nkaigwa on the issue of unsatisfactory project implementation by government departments raised by MP for Francistown West Ignatius Moswaane.
