InnoLead, a Botswana-based consulting firm, is making waves in the regional market after successfully opening a branch in Lusaka, Zambia last month.

The company, which has been operating in Botswana for 17 years, offers services in areas of strategy, project management, performance management and training.

InnoLead’s managing director, Oabona Kgengwenyane said the firm decided to expand and diversify their market after realising that they have outgrown the local one.
