FRANCISTOWN: Jwaneng Galaxy's striker, Tebogo Sembowa made history on Saturday evening after he won the Mascom Top 8 title after his side emerged as 2-0 victors against Gaborone United (GU) in a final at the Francistown Sports Complex.

This was the striker's fifth title. He has won it before with Township Rollers, twice with GU and now two times with current side, Galaxy.

The closest player to Sembowa is Security Systems’ Ronald Chikomo who has under his name three gold medals.   Sembowa also is currently the only player to have featured in all the Mascom Top 8 seasons since the tournament inception in 2012.   Proven to be a sign of good omen, he got starting berth in Miguel da Costa's side.
