The long-awaited Oodi case involving Ernest Legwale, Hamadi Nkhuha and one other individual who is still on the run, is scheduled to be committed at the High Court tomorrow for the commencement of murder charges.

Pascal Mhandu representing State prosecution recently told Broadhurst Magistrate Thandi Baleseng that the matter was ready to be committed to the High Court for trial.

On Friday, Legwale was supposed to appear for mention in which prosecution was expected to commit the case to High court, but the case was postponed to tomorrow (Tuesday) after his lawyer handed-in his sick leave. In Nkhuha’s appearance recently, Mhandu told the court that committal documents in the matter were ready for the duo to be committed to the High Court for trial.
