Hard work has paid dividends for Tebbie Lebanna as she has won a number of awards as recognition to her dedication and passion to grooming young talent.

The 26-year-old young wowan is a director for Little Miss Princess World, an international beauty pageant that brings young girls to battle with other winners from all over the globe. In an interview with Arts & Culture, Lebanna said she prides herself in grooming children and paving their way towards the pageantry industry.

“This can help them achieve their dreams in winning both local and international titles of their choice whereas bringing positive change in the lives of their communities,” she said proudly.  The former director of Little Miss Universe, which was held in 2015 at Georgia, United States said she was crowned a director of the Universe, and still being the director who had brought the best delegate representing Botswana and Africa. The former Mascom Wireless Call Centre agent is also an international pageantry judge and has previously scooped “Star of the World” award in 2016.
