One of South Africa’s heavyweight comedians David Kau whose name is synonymous with many firsts will be hosting his first African countries comedy tour today. Kau, who is also famed as the Funnyman Kau will be performing at Maitisong Festival tonight (February 1, 2019) at 7pm in his comedy tour dubbed Half Man, Half Comic.

Event coordinator, Fish Pabalinga said Kau has decided to start his comedy tour in Botswana as part of his 20th year anniversary celebration  in the comedy industry.

He pointed out that a number of local comedians and those from South Africa would accompany Kau. Some of the local comedians who are expected to partake at the event are Kgafela, Mawee and others.
