Marobela elderly woman's murder accused granted bail

FRANCISTOWN: Four men from Marobela who are charged with the murder of an elderly woman from the same village were granted bail when they appeared in court on Monday.

The state alleges that Mathata Jutase, 38, Mooketsi Goitsemang, 34, Robert Mochasaani, 71, and Kabelo Sebekwa, 35, murdered Ndinao Ikanyeng at Marobela on September 8, 2018.

The charge of murder was laid against the accused a month after Ikanyeng was buried.
