LSB goes for council elections

Bigwigs such as attorneys Mboki Chilisa, Martin Dingake, Onalethata Kambai and Diba Diba have thrown their names in the hat to contest the Law of Botswana (LSB) council elections on Saturday.

The LSB, which mainly discharges its mandate through the council, has been under the leadership of veteran lawyer Kgalalelo Monthe as the chairperson. Monthe is not seeking re-election.

Every two years, members of the society duly elect the council that consists of seven members all whom are legal practitioners.
