FRANCISTOWN: Two Kgaphamadi men accused of robbing, raping and killing a grandmother from Area W have been further remanded in custody.

The duo, Modisakgotla Keganeditse, 24, and Moabi Morwalela, 21, are alleged to have robbed Grace Keakantse, 70, of a mobile phone worth P249 at her place of residence in Area W during the wee hours of November 17, 2018 before allegedly proceeding to rape and murder her.

Prosecutor Sesafeleng Dijeng from the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) informed the court that the matter was heading to court for assessment of evidence.
