Gigaba to speak on cyber hacking

Former South African minister of Home Affairs, Malusi Gigaba is scheduled to share his experience on personal security in the era of digitisation at an event organised by Hlanganani ICT Botswana on December 4, 2018.

According to the organiser Boitshepho Bolele the theme of the event is an intersection between technology, productivity and Gender Based Violence. 

Gigaba, who recently experienced cyber hacking, will speak on “technology as an instrument of violence and weaponisation of digital information,” Bolele said.
