Seed Co Lists On BSEL

On Friday, Seed Co International Limited has listed 379 million ordinary shares on the main board of the Botswana Stock Exchange Limited (BSEL).

Commenting on this milestone by Seed Co, BSEL chief executive officer Thapelo Tsheole said this reinforces the value of listing companies on the exchange.

“This listing reiterates that for companies that wish to raise capital or increase visibility in the market, the stock exchange is the right avenue for that,” he said.
