TAFIC launches Adopt-a-Player strategy

FRANCISTOWN: TAFIC chairperson, Carlos Sebina is optimistic that the clubs recently launched Adopt-a-Player initiative will soon bear fruits.

Under the initiative an individual or corporate entity commits to paying a player’s salary for a certain period.

The corporate entity or the individual also has the option of financing the welfare of a given player with the exception of a salary. The club started sharing information about the initiative on Sunday.
