It became evident at on going Public Accounts Committee that the Permanent Secretary to the President Carter Morupisi is the one who raised concerns about the coverage that was given to former President Ian Khama.

Accounting officer Thuso Ramodimooesi said there was no formal instruction of blocking Khama's coverage but they used their own discretion to avoid scenarios like things Khama said at Bobonong about Minister Shaw Kgathi.

However the accounting officer failed to state if Khama said something offensive about Kgathi.
