Tafa resigns from Wilderness Holdings

Parks Tafa
The chairperson of Wilderness Holdings Limited, Parks Tafa has retired as a director by rotation with effect from August 30, 2018. Tafa has served as the chairperson since 2013 and has been with Wilderness since 2010.

“Unfortunately, the group’s chairman, Parks Tafa, has been indisposed for some time and I have agreed to deputise for him in this letter.  We wish Parks all the best for a speedy and complete recovery,” Wilderness Holdings then deputy chairperson, Michael Tollman, wrote in the 2018 Annual Report.

Tafa has been indisposed this financial year and has not attended any of the four board meetings held in the year leading to February 28, 2018. The Wilderness board thanked Tafa for his leadership and counsel over the extended period and wished him the best for the future.
