Sesa calls for Cabinet reshuffle

One of the country’s well known political analyst, Leonard Sesa says following the disastrous showing at the ruling party primaries by cabinet members, the only solution for President Mokgweetsi Masisi is to reshuffle his executive.

Over the weekend, nine members of Masisi’s Cabinet Ministers lost their constituencies in the 40 Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) held constituencies.

Sesa argued that many Cabinet Ministers who had lost primary elections might not be able to concentrate on their Ministries again because they know that they would not come back in 2019.
