BOPEU recovers P381,000 from Motsamai's former head of finance

According to BOPEU’s claim, Leoketsa, Motsamai’s right hand man who quit their employ the same week the latter was fired from Babereki Investments, had not been servicing the car loan since he resigned from the organisation.
The car was registered under Leoketsa’s wife, and on Tuesday BOPEU’s efforts to pursue the debt bore fruit as Leoketsa told the Court he was ready to work out an out of court settlement with his former employers regarding the payment plan.
