Gabane murder case ready for High Court

The long awaited case of the four young women of Gabane accused of murdering a man from Salajwe will soon be committed to the High Court for commencement.

The quartet, Pauline Masuge, 23, Tuduetso Mogopodi, 23, Lesego Kgatlwane, 26 and Kelebogile Lenake, 23, are alleged to have on June 3, 2017 in Gabane killed a 25-year-old man from Salajwe, who had accused them of stealing his wallet at a local bar. 

Appearing before Broadhurst magistrate Tshepo Thedi, the prosecution inspector Tsogo Rantopa told court that the case is pending committal to the High Court as they are still waiting for an affidavit that is still with the forensic laboratory, hence the delay in the case.
