The symposium, which is powered by technical experts, policy-makers in global health, primary health care specialists, logistics and supply chain as well as investment and trade persons, seeks to develop, facilitate and empower critical thinkers, leaders and researchers for building a resilient and responsive health system that also recognises the global health context in which Botswana exists.  It will be facilitated by a renowned public health expert, Professor Don Eliseo Lucero-Prisno III from Liverpool University in China.

The Assistant Minister of Health and Wellness, Biggie Butale will perform the official opening of the event which comes at a time when Botswana, like the rest of the world faces daunting health challenges.
