Bakang Seretse and his co accused Kenneth Kerekang and Botho Leburu are now free to travel outside the borders of Botswana.

Chief Regional Magistrate Christopher Gabanagae this morning relaxed the accused persons' bail conditions meaning they will have their passports back whenever they need to travel outside the country.

During the ruling the magistrate said the accused persons will often surrender the travel documents when they return.
