Letshwiti Blasts 'Incompetent' BPL Clubs

The Botswana Football Association (BFA) president, Maclean Letshwiti has labelled the Botswana Premier League (BPL) clubs as "incompetent".

In a heated discussion on privatisation and youth development, during the BPL annual general meeting held at the Lekidi Football Centre on Saturday, Letshwiti held nothing back as he blamed the incompetent clubs for the sluggish growth of football locally.

“We as the BFA are already funding the Under-17 and Under-15 development leagues, but you as the clubs should be funding these leagues.
