Davids murder accused back in custody

Barely four months into the late Mochudi East legislator Isaac Davids' murder, the suspects are back in remand as the case heads to High Court for trial.

Last month the two farm workers, Zimbabwean Jabulani Dube, 31, and 32-year-old Mokgalemi Maleya from Ramotswa accused of murdering Davids got their bail revoked as prosecution indicated their readiness to prosecute. 

Prosecution had indicated to the Molepolole Magistrate’s Court that investigations were complete and that they have gathered enough evidence for the pair to stand trial.
