Police Nab Duo In Finance Ministry Break-In

Central Police identified the duo as suspects after they seized three of the cheque leaves from them. However the police investigations are ongoing to locate the remaining 40 cheques leaves. In an interview with The Monitor, Central police station commander, Mothusi Phadi stated that the case of office breaking and theft was reported on April 23, 2018 and on Thursday the police made a breakthrough after a tip-off and arrested the two suspects.
“The woman is an employee of Payless Supermarket in the Main Mall and they are currently in police custody helping the police with investigations. The duo are suspected to have broken into the office and stole the cheque leaves,” Phadi said.
