A director of Kgori Capital, Alfonse Ndzinge has been excused to testify in the ongoing Public Accounts Committee (PAC) to review the Auditor General’s Report on the review of the National Petroleum Fund (NPF).

The Clerk of the National Assembly, Barbara Dithapo had on March 22, 2018 summoned Ndzinge that on March 28, 2018 he should testify in regard to matters within his knowledge in respect of the Auditor General’s Report on the review of the NPF. The threat did not move Ndzinge who responded with a letter dated March 27, 2018 from his attorney, Busang Manewe.
