Areas S girl who beheaded neighbour face committal

FRANCISTOWN: An 18-year-old Area S girl who beheaded her three-year-old neighbour is awaiting committal to the High Court for murder.

The gruesome murder took place last year in January at the quiet neighbourhood of Area S.

The accused, who cannot be named for ethical reasons, was supposed to appear before Magistrate Lebogang Kebeetsweng yesterday (Monday) but failed to appear in court for reasons unknown to the prosecution.
