It is not known if volleyball league will be played this year

The Botswana Volleyball Federation (BVF) league faces an uncertain future with sponsorship an ever present challenge. Last year, BVF failed to run the league due to financial problems and that scenario is about to play itself out this season.

In a bid to arrest the slide, the federation has hired a consultant to assist in finding a sponsor.

BVF public relations officer, Kagiso Meswele told Mmegi Sport that there was a meeting to discuss sponsorship on Tuesday, although details were not immediately available.
