Jealous lover claims stabbed victim 'cannot die'

Jealous boyfriend, Oageng Moagi Letsholo, 40, who nearly killed his girlfriend after she wanted to end their relationship last month told the court that she is recuperating and ‘cannot die’.

Appearing for mention before Extension II Magistrate, Ntombizodwa Ncube, Letsholo, who was pleading for bail, allegedly stabbed his girlfriend nine times with a knife. He told the court that the victim is recovering.

“My family has been visiting the mother of my children at the hospital and assured me that she is recuperating and cannot die. I am pleading for bail because her life is no longer in danger,” Letsholo said.
