UB student stabbed ex- girlfriend with a pair of scissors inside the hostels

A University of Botswana (UB) third year female student is fighting for her life at the Princess Marina Hospital’s (PMH) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) following a violent stabbing by her ‘jealous’ ex-boyfriend at the institution’s hostels.

The duo allegedly has an extensive history since they apparently have known each other from their teens as senior secondary school students where they met and started a relationship. They both progressed to university where their relationship deteriorated until it broke down.

The ex-boyfriend’s jealous streak allegedly became apparent months before he attempted to kill his girlfriend last Thursday.
