Majaga floors state, political nemesis

FRANCISTOWN: The Member of Parliament (MP) for Nata-Gweta, Polson Majaga won his stocktheft case against the State and his political enemies, real or perceived, albeit temporarily Wednesday when the case was referred to the High Court for determination.

Majaga is charged together with Shadreck Mochabange, Tshokolo Mochabange, Semphete Malindi and Goletswang Mpule in the matter.

The accused were excused from attending court on Wednesday.
