Dagga accused persons plead �not guilty�

Unemployed, Bathamile Solomon, 51, and tuck shop operator, Kefilwe Thatobeng 25, who were arrested for possession of marijuana weighing 13.1 grammes pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The duo appeared before Broadhurst magistrate, Tshepo Thedi yesterday. The court revealed that on October 11, 2017 the duo was arrested with dagga at Extension 20 location in Broadhurst, Gaborone.

Asked if they understand the charge, the accused persons said they understand the charge but pleaded not guilty.
