Davids� murder accused hire attorneys

MOLEPOLOLE: Defence lawyers in the late Mochudi East legislator, Isaac Davids’ murder case have agreed with the state to further remand the two accused persons in custody.

Attorney Sesupo Masaka representing accused person, Jabulani Dube agreed with the prosecution that his client be remanded for 14 days to allow investigations to be completed.

“At times it is advisable that we work together with the prosecution to allow due process as such we will not be pursuing bail application,” he said.
