Chinese Embassy celebrates Lunar New Year

The Embassy of The Republic of China in Botswana will on February 8, 2018 celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year, called the Spring Festival at Gaborone International Conference Center.

“Spring Festival is the most important Chinese traditional festival with a long history and celebrated by all Chinese across the world. Being one of the traditional festivals, it is the time for the whole families to reunite together, which is similar with Christmas to Botswana,” the Chinese Embassy explained.
