Nkomazana�s Bail Application Rejected Once Again

Broadhurst magistrate, Gaseitsewe Tonoki has once again denied former gardener, Bhekizwe Nkomazana bail.

Nkomazana has been denied bail several times in the past by the Extention II Magistrate and the High Court respectively, but seems relentless in his quest for freedom, this time with the Broadhurst Magistrates’ Court.

Despite his case having been moved to the Regional Magistrate Court, Nkomazana decided to try again to apply for his bail through the Broadhurst court, which too turned down the plea.
