PRESS RELEASE - United Nations’ Vote On The Status Of Jerusalem

The Government of Botswana wishes to inform the nation and the international community that it is in receipt of communication from the Permanent Representative of the United States to the United Nations, Ambassador Nikki Haley, stating that,

 "...THE PRESIDENT WILL BE WATCHING THIS VOTE CAREFULLY AND HAS REQUESTED I REPORT BACK ON THOSE COUNTRIES WHO VOTED AGAINST US. WE WILL TAKE NOTE OF EACH AND EVERY VOTE ON THIS ISSUE...”
