Former BNF cllr blames BMD for jumping ship

The Botswana Movement for Democracy (BMD) disputes in Kgatleng led to the resignation of a nominated Botswana National Front (BNF) councillor, Tebogo Phalaagae.

Yesterday Phalaagae, a nominated councillor for Boseja North, told Mmegi that in their area, Bakgatla are very clear that they cannot vote any party that is led by BMD president, Sidney Pilane.

Phalaagae says he has grown up in the BNF family and has not joined any party except the BNF in his entire life.
