Suspended students win court battle against Mega Size

Suspended students for Mega Size Business and Computer College last week won a case against their college in which they want the suspension to be lifted pending disciplinary hearing.

Justice Godfrey Nthomiwa rule that all the expulsions and suspensions imposed on the students be lifted immediately. The applicants on the matter include Atamelang Rapajane, Thabang Gaetwesepe and Ikanyeng Katse while the respondents are Mega Size Business and Computer College and Sylvester Seleka.

The students and college management had misunderstanding after the students requested their issue of accreditation courses to be heard urgently and wrote letters inviting all stakeholders involved on the matter.
