Top 8 hopes: Chiefs are hoping to win after a poor run in the league

Mochudi Centre Chiefs have expressed their hope that despite the disappointing run in the BTC Premiership this season, they can go all the way in the Mascom Top 8. Chiefs registered a 2-1 win over defending champions, Jwaneng Galaxy in the first leg of the knockout competition last Friday in Lobatse.

It was only their second victory this season with the first coming against Extension Gunners in the league at the same venue.

Although they carry a narrow lead ahead of the second leg in Jwaneng in a fortnight, Magosi are hoping that the win could go a long way in motivating them going forward.
