Sexagenarian commits suicide

A 60-year-old man of Moshupa who had been reported missing for days was on Sunday found hanging from a tree along Block 5 stream in Gaborone.

The deceased, who resided in Block 9 in Gaborone, has been missing for seven days before his lifeless body was discovered in a decomposed state. It is not clear as to what could have prompted the deceased to commit suicide.

“It is true the deceased was found hanging from a tree by a person who was crossing that stream. Investigations on the matter are continuing to try to establish what could have angered him.
