Jefferis Discourages Job-Hopping

Economist, Keith Jefferis has warned ABM University College graduates against job-hopping stating that it limits one’s professional growth.

Delivering a keynote speech at the college graduation ceremony over the weekend, Jefferis said: “Let me caution you to resist job-hopping too frequently.

I have been involved in recruitment over many years and one thing that doesn’t look good to me is when people have worked in many jobs for very short periods.
