FRANCISTOWN: Mascom Wireless has sponsored Francistown’s 120 years jubilee match, which will feature Zimbabwe’s Highlanders and TAFIC, for P106,000.

The match takes place on Saturday at the Francistown Sports Complex at 3pm. Mascom’s chief public relations and communication officer, Tebogo Lebotse-Sebego said they were concerned about not having a signature event here as they do in other places such as Maun and Gaborone. She said sport plays a critical role in keeping their organisation in touch with their customers.

“We are keen on having a Mascom activity in all the major places across the country and we don’t have that in Francistown. We are happy to be part of these celebrations,” she said.
