China sets eyes on safeguarding world peace

BEIJING: The constant talk of nuclear weapons and the fear that the globe might be at the brink of World War III, has seen China spring to her feet in defence of world peace.

Giant China now promises to continue its efforts to safeguard world peace and to constantly uphold international order for the betterment of all nations.

At the official opening of the Communist Party of China National Congress this week, the country’s President Xi Jinping said as China continues to open up to the world, they must keep in mind both their internal and international imperatives in order to encourage world peace.
