Dinatshana man rapes woman three times

LOBATSE: A 32-year-old man yesterday appeared at the Lobatse Magistrate’s Court for allegedly raping a woman three times between the evening of July 27 and the morning of July 28, 2017.

Shimane Mokgatla, 32, is alleged to have forcefully had sexual intercourse with his victim twice in Pitsane village on the evening of July 27 and once in Dinatshana village on the morning of July 28. Mokgatla is from Dinatshana.

Although he was granted bail of P3,000, Mokgatla appeared before magistrate William Modise pleading with the court to reduce the amount to P1,000.
