MAOKANE: A group of philanthropists, Talent City Youth Development Club is on a mission to house six needy children who were abandoned by their mother in Maokane.

The eldest son is currently doing Form 4 at Matsha College in Kang, the second one has failed Form 3, the third and fourth born are both doing Standard 7 and been taken care in by a Good Samaritan here while the last two who are the youngest are accommodated at Mpule Kwelagobe Children Center in Jwaneng for safety.

A court order has since been issued to arrest the mother and charge her for child negligence.
