Helicopter crashes in the Okavango Delta

Press Statement: The Ministry of Transport and Communications informs the public that yesterday, September 8, 2017, at approximately 1800 (Local Time) a helicopter crashed into a Lagoon in the Okavango Delta.

The Helicopter belonging to Horizon's helicopter, Robinson 44, registered A2-HRD, crashed shortly after takeoff from Guma Lodge in the Okavango Delta.

There were only two occupants, the Pilot and one passenger all survived with no injuries.
