Ntsuape cases committed to the High Court

FRANCISTOWN: The long awaited case involving Gobuamang Ntsuape who is facing charges of murder, arson and threat to kill, has been committed to the High Court for trial.

State prosecutor, Chimbisani Sechele told Magistrate Kaveri Kapeko that committal documents in the matter were ready for his (Ntsuape) cases to be committed to the High Court for trial.

In response, Ntsuape said he had nothing to say concerning the committal of his cases to the High Court. At the end of Ntsuape’s brief appearance in court, Kapeko committed the case to the High Court for trial in accordance with Section 96 of the Criminal Procedures and Evidence Act. Ntsuape, 30, of Ramotswa is facing one count of murder, four counts of threat to kill and two counts of arson.
