Otukile ready to put up good fight in Germany

The Botswana Boxing Association (BOBA) sports development officer, Healer Modiradilo is optimistic boxer Mohommed Otukile will acquit himself well at the International Boxing Association (AIBA) World Boxing Championships in Germany.

Otukile (49kg) qualified for the competition after winning a silver medal at the African Championships in Congo Brazaville in June.

Modiradilo, who is also Otukile’s coach, told Mmegi Sport from Germany this week that they expect a good fight, particularly looking at the training the boxer has received. He said in fact, they never stopped training after the Africa Championships.
