BTC invests P60m to enhance internet speed

Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC) has embarked on a network transformation project in its quest to improve service quality and provide superior customer experience.

BTC head of network build, Gabalemogwe Rankgate says the company will invest over P60 million to improve its internet service quality.

The project, which kick started in Phakalane and is being rolled out to other parts of the country, will enhance BTC’s asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) service offering to improve reliability and speed.
