BDF gets PPADB nod to buy BDC properties

The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB)has given the Botswana Defence Force (BDF) the green light to bid for the plush residential flats that are being disposed of by Botswana Development Corporation (BDC).

The corporation is auctioning its 32 three-bedroomed apartments at the Grand Palm Sunset and 38 units at Grand Palm Mews in Gaborone. The reserve-bidding price for the apartments at Grand Palm Sunset is P38 million while for the Grand Palm Mews is P25 million respectively.

In a notice published this week, the PPADB said it has approved a request by the BDF to participate in the auction.
