BCP part and parcel of UDC � Lucas

PALAPYE: Botswana Congress Party (BCP) firebrand, Taolo Lucas, has dismissed rumours that his party no longer wants to be part of the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC).

Lucas’ remarks come in the wake of emerging reports of unrest within the UDC. Lately there have been insinuations that certain cadres within the BCP do not want to be part of the troubled UDC.

The speculation is attributed to swelling reports that the BCP does not enjoy a strong relationship with some of their UDC partners.
