Selebi-Phikwe tennis courts located at Area One remain an eyesore, four months after they were handed over to Botswana Tennis Association (BTA) by a contractor. The courts’ surface has worn out, amongst other defects.

The project was funded by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Grand Slam Development Fund for P150,000.

BTA spokesperson, Shelton Benzah had previously told Mmegi Sport that they were in the process of recalling the contractor who is based in Zimbabwe.
